  1. How do I set up my voicemail?

    To set up your voicemail please follow the following:

    Have a four (4) digit passcode ready

    1. Dial *98 from your phone.
    2. Enter temporary passcode [0000] and press the # key.
    3. Following the prompt enter a new permanent passcode (the one mentioned before) and press #.
    4. Following the second prompt, re-enter your new four (4) digit passcode and press #.
    5. Follow the rest of the prompts to record your name and greetings.

  2. How do I use call forwarding?

    Please see the following:

    Call Forward Always:

    To Activate:

    1. Dial *72 and wait for the tone.
    2. Enter the 10 digit phone number you would like the calls forwarded to, followed by #.
    3. Listen for a confirmation tone.

    To Deactivate:

    1. Dial *73 and wait for the tone.
    2. Listen for a confirmation tone.

    Call Forward Not Reachable:

    To Activate:

    1. Dial *94 and wait for the tone.
    2. Enter the 10 digit phone number you would like the calls forwarded to, followed by #.
    3. Listen for a confirmation tone.

    To Deactivate:

    1. Dial *95 and wait for the tone.
    2. Listen for a confirmation tone.

    Call Forward Busy Line and Call Forward Don't Answer must be set through your online account

  3. How do I reboot or reset my Home Phone modem, or MTA?

    To reboot a Home Phone modem (MTA) not connected to a router:

    1. Unplug the MTA power cord.
      • If your MTA has a battery installed, remove the battery and wait at least 15 seconds.
      • Reinsert the battery.
    2. Plug the MTA back in, and wait for your MTA to initialize fully. That process should take about 5 minutes.
    3. Attempt to browse the Internet or make a phone call.

    To reboot both a router and an MTA:

    1. Unplug the router.
    2. Unplug the MTA power cord.
      • If your MTA has a battery installed, remove the battery and wait at least 15 seconds.
      • Reinsert the battery.
    3. Plug the MTA back in, and wait for your MTA to initialize fully. That process should take about 5 minutes.
    4. Plug in the power to your router, and wait about 30 seconds to ensure that you have reestablished a connection.
    5. Attempt to browse the Internet or make a phone call.

  5. How do I set my voicemail message waiting indicator?

    1. Login to your online momentum account.
    2. Click profile on the options list and locate message waiting indicator.
    3. To activate, click on.
    4. To deactivate, click off.
  6. How do I send my voicemail messages to my email?

    1. Login to your online momentum account.
    2. Click profile on the options list and locate Voicemail to Email.
    3. Enter the email address where you would like your messages forwarded.
    4. Click save.
  7. How do I access my voicemail from my phone?

    1. Dial *98 from your home phone.
      • If accessing from another phone, press * when the greeting begins to play.
    2. Enter your passcode and press #.
