  1. How often do I get billed?

    We generally send out invoices, billed in advance, around the 8th of each month for monthly service. Installation and any one-time charges (such as custom work or construction) are charged when we complete the work for you.

  2. Why doesn't my last payment show on my bill?

    Your payment may have been received after billing has been closed for that billing period.

  3. I lost my current statement; where do I mail my payment?

    Visit the Contact page for mailing address.

  4. Why is my bill more (or less) than usual?

    If your service was just installed or you've recently changed your service levels, partial month charges may be shown on you bill. By prorating your bill, we ensure that you will only be charged for the correct number of days for your service.
